Major Amazon bluedart delivery fraud in goa – insufficient address

It is not known who has masterminded the fraud in goa, however increasingly it appears that customers who order from amazon in goa are being harassed for placing the order, facing so many delivery related problems that they will think twice before placing the order . An item was ordered on amazon on 5 July 2017, and on 8 july 2017, the customer got a message, item is out for delivery from Amazon, Bluedart. However the item was never delivered on 8 july 2017, though the customer wasted her time being at home the entire day, without any food, postponing all other work.
On 10 July 2017, also a person phoned from bluedart saying that they had been told (allegedly by a raw/cbi employee impersonating the amazon customer ) that the customer would collect it. The customer said that she had not agreed, and asked the bluedart person to deliver to the address specified. The person calling said that the delivery was scheduled for the next day, yet the customer got an amazon sms saying that the delivery was attempted and she was not at home.
Finally on 11 july 2017, after waiting for a long time, the item was delivered. The delivery person mahen said that he had not attempted delivery on 10 july 2017 and the parcel was given to him for the first time on the morning of 11 july 2017 which he delivered the same day.
On 8 July 2017, the amazon customer had otherwise planned to do some shopping, now she had to waste her time waiting at home, for the item to be delivered, though bluedart had no intentions of delivering the item. It would be interesting to find out why the bluedart online records are so misleading, saying that directions are not available, when the real Bluedart delivery person has not been given the item ordered for delivery

Many people are complaining that bluedart is not delivering saying that CONSIGNEE’S ADDRESS UNLOCATABLE/LANDMARK | NEEDED. On Amazon also sellers are complaining that the items are not delivered giving flimsy excuses like address unlocatable, causing losses
It appears that some online buyers are targetted for harassment, a form of online organized stalking by the local intelligence and security agency employees
Bluedart had delivered to the same address 30-40 times earlier, yet in July 2017, they are intentionally not delivering after sending sms messages, due to unidentified reason

Blue dart delivery timing between 10 am and 17 hours

Often a person waiting for an item to be delivered by courier, has to make changes in his or her daily schedule, especially if he or she is living alone and there is no one else who will take delivery of the item . It is very frustrating when the courier person does not deliver as promised giving flimsy excuses.
For example a domain investor had to wait for more than 6 hours till 18.30 hours hoping that blue dart would deliver.
However checking the website, it appears that at 16.45 hours itself, the courier had commented “Courier unable to locate customer’s address”
So the customer simply waited for more than 1.5 hours, wasting her time, waiting for delivery when the item was not being delivered that day
It appears that in goa Blue dart delivery timings between 10 am and 17 hours
After 1700 hours, a buyer should not wait for delivery.

An order was placed at Amazon.in on 5 July 2017, and the item was sent by blue dart courier by the seller. The buyer received multiple smses on 8 July 2017, that the item was out for delivery, however despite leaving all the work to wait at home for amazon order to be delivered, the item was not delivered on 8 July 2017 . The customer waited at home till 6.30 pm and could not go shopping, did not have lunch, because of the smses which bluedart and amazon sent to her.
Now at around 8 pm on 8 july 2017, blue dart and amazon are updating the status of the address that “Courier unable to locate customer’s address. “
A large number of items have been earlier ordered and delivered from amazon and delivered by blue dart at the same address without any problem at all, however in july 2017, now blue dart is saying that “Courier unable to locate customer’s address”.
If the courier person is new and cannot locate the address provided, why did they not make a phone call and ask for directions or was the phone call blocked by the google, tata sponsored R&AW/CBI employees
For almost all houses in the locality, the plot number is provided .
Waiting for an online order to be delivered is a major waste of time.
