Taxes used to be really easy to do when I first got a job over 30 years ago. It was just very straight forward, and it took just minutes to get it done. Now that I have my own company, it is a bit more complicated. Actually, it used to be a lot more complicated, but that was just until I found affordable tax software for preparers that some of my colleagues were raving over. When a good friend of mine found that out, he had one of two suggestions for me. He said I should either hire an accountant to help me with my taxes, or I should do it online at any of the electronic tax preparers that are always around during tax season. I had never considered hiring a tax attorney because I am very private about my business. I don’t want others knowing what I make or who my customer base is, so I just had been doing it on my own right from the start. I did not consider a tax program because I didn’t think I had the tech know-how to make sure I was not making any mistakes.

My fiancee Wooju is a joy to have in my life. She has been there for me when I needed her. I never have to worry about her being around other guys. I know she will always one hundred percent faithful for me. Recent, she suffered a traumatic setback and I wanted to cheer her up. I had had trouble deciding what was the perfect gift to buy her. My dream my entire life was to get a job in the nation’s capital. I went there on a field trip as a youngster, and I fell in love with it then. I had no idea what kind of apartment I was looking for. I knew the general area I wanted to live in, and I knew that I wanted a swimming pool that I could use. When my wife and I travel, I just make the arrangements myself. It is just the two of us usually, and we already know our favorite places to stay when we are traveling. She wanted to do a group holiday with her three sisters and their husbands, and I thought that it would be a great idea for the eight of us to get together. I knew that I wanted a two bedroom apartment, but I was not sure exactly where in DC I wanted to start my search. I definitely wanted to live within the capital city limits because that is where my passion is for most things, including my daughter, her husband and their three children as well as the charitable organizations I volunteer at. I was absolutely thrilled to find out that I was given the position I wanted at Florida International University. I did not want to have to travel far every day for work, so I started to look at apartments for Miami Beach. I’m a fit person who takes part in a lot of athletic competitions. I was training for an upcoming athletic competition, I needed to have regular access to a pool. There is a pool that I usually drive to for practice, but it takes a while to get there, and it’s just so inconvenient to swim with all of the other people hanging around in the pool. In fact there was only one big problem with the job that I had, which is that getting in and out of downtown Charlotte is a real pain in the rear. We are working on the 14th floor of the Bank of America tower and that does not make us unique. When I go to work it is like migration time on the Serengeti plain. Finding a decent place used to be hard, according to my mom. She told me how long it would take her and her best friend to find an apartment because they had to go to each one they were interested in. What took them several days to do takes me a few minutes thanks to the Internet. I have just now started to hunt for a new place to stay, because my current roommate has sort of lost his grip on reality. I never knew that he had mental health issues, but a couple of weeks ago he started to behave rather bizarrely. I eventually figured out where to get in touch with his parents and they told me he must have stopped taking his medication. At any rate his name is on the lease and so I can walk away. I spent this morning looking at alamo heights apartments for rent and I am trying to figure out how to afford one of them, since the location is as close to ideal as I could hope for. However I really do need a new roommate and that is something that I am trying to figure out. The math makes the reason for this really easy to figure out.

It is really simple. For example if you pay six hundred dollars a month for a single bedroom apartment, then the same complex is probably going to rent you a two bedroom place for around seven hundred and thirty dollars. Obviously you are on the hook for every penny of the six hundred dollars, unless you can find a girlfriend who wants to share the bedroom and split the rent with you too. If you get a roommate then you only have to pay half of what is owed. In that example you would pay three hundred and sixty five dollars per month. That saves you two hundred and thirty five dollars. It is pretty simple. For me that is a car payment, which is a really big deal. You want to be able to live a bit after you have paid the rent and the big bills.
