Fedex getting more market share in India due to saved data on directions

Though Bluedart almost had a near monopoly in India till a few years ago in the premium courier segment, with typical american efficiency Fedex is slowly gaining market share in India. Though a person is receiving items from blue dart regularly, they do not have the directions to the house, and call up everytime to ask for directions or the staff is changing quickly.

It appears that bluedart is not vetting their staff and systems properly, at least in Goa due to which many are complaining about non delivery . It appears that at least in panaji, one or more blue dart staff is associated with the google, tata sponsored fraud R&AW/CBI employees riddhi siddhi, sunaina, who are involved in organized stalking of the google competitor, either intentionally or is forced to.

On the other hand, Fedex staff remembers the directions to the house of customer, and does not phone to ask for directions. Even if the customer is not at home, they will leave the item at the home, so that the customer does not have to waste more time waiting for the courier. Courier companies should store directions to the house of regular online buyers, so that phone calls do not have to be made repeatedly as these are diverted to corrupt powerful R&AW/CBI employees who then extort money.
