The buyer received multiple smses on 8 July 2017, that the item was out for delivery, however despite leaving all the work to wait at home for amazon order to be delivered, the item was not delivered on 8 July 2017 . The customer waited at home till 6.30 pm and could not go shopping, did not have lunch, because of the smses which bluedart and amazon sent to her.
